The skin on my hands and feet are completely wrinkled tried applying moisturizes they don't seem to be helpful

Hi. Are they like that since birth? Moisturisers should be helpful, unless it's a congenital problem. Please see a dermatologist . Let me know if you need any further assistance in this regard. Take care
