Skin whitening / remove TAN / skin light
Hi my name is Pawan. I am 25 years old. I work at a law firm. Work hours are 10 hrs per day. I used to hang out in the SUNLIGHT a lot from the age of 15years to 22years of age. When I was 14years old I had really very very fair skin. Currently I have a dark brown skin. Please let me know a good treatment for removing TAN for my entire body and skin lightening. I am sure my skin tone can become lighter because I was very fair. Also let me know any Glutathione treatments for it. Please note I cannot take any injections. Also please let me know if Glutathione treatment is correct for this age and whether it will have any side effects. Also pls suggest a diet for skin lightening. I am aware vitamin C intake is required for this. I really have to remove my TAN under any circumstances. I am always on the front end of my work and I do a little modelling. So it's really required for me to remove the TAN under any circumstances.

Glutathione is not useful for this. There are many reasons why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause. Unless we find out the cause it is difficult and pointless to treat. Please call me or send photos with detailed history using online consult option for examination and proper treatment. ,
