  4. Skin redness. Please suggest some cream.

Skin redness
I have skin irritation and redness under bust and in joint line of Virginia area and leg. There is dark spot and redness around that. I have itching I feel like scratching if I scratch it become red. It is expanding in area day by day. Please suggest some cream.

You seem to be suffering from fungal infection. If you are over weight reduce your weight. Apply antifungal powders after bath. Wear loose fitting cotton clothes always. Take levocetrizine tablets at bedtime. If the symptoms persist you will have to get it examined by a dermatologist in your area.
