Skin redness and tanning
I work in a IT profession and work in pune. After coming to pune i m having redness in my cheeks with acne. And also there is tanning.

I think you are travelling to your workplace on bike and the problems you are facing are because of sun exposure.
Start using sunscreen.
Cover your face with with handkerchief and cap to avoid sun exposure.
