I am suffering from skin rashes and itching is every spot please suggest me some medicine for the same

Can you please elaborate regarding your rashes. Is it transient or it remains. Have you taken any treatment for that. How long you are suffering from it. Have you done any lab tests. Take cetrizine for itching but can you please send pics of your rashes to me.
