Hi doctor's My son is age is 14 months yesterday onwards rashes are coming whole body yesterday i consulted a doctor he advised to use atarax and monocef syrups and dermadew lotion but rashes are coming and going am attaching photo also for reference please suggest some other useful tips how to avoid this problem

Does he have fever. Was any medication given before the rash appeared. Any change in diet.
