Do u have a fever? Sometimes fevers can be associated with rashes. Please get your temperature checked and get your blood counts test done. Even skin allergies can make u feel hot because of increased blood supply to the skin. So if your temperature and counts are normal then it is most likely an allergy. Simple allergies can be managed by applying some lotions and anti histamine tablets. More severe allergies will require a short course of steroids. All these medicines will be prescribed to you after a dermatologist evaluates your condition. If it is due to fever then the fever needs to be treated and rashes will subside.
