Skin rash. Vagainal warts. Cervical er.

I had itchy rashes on my whole body.. Then I took some antibiotics.. Then itchiness in vagaina.. A wart come on vulva and it grew into numbers and it spread in vagaina.. Around anus.. Some puz pus like discharge ..very bad smell from vagaina..Then I took couple kit medicine and some medicines to put in vagaina and ointment candida B then it became clear.. But i start getting watery discharge then grey thick discharge from vagaina.. When I walked then it comes not otherwise.. After 3 months I went to doctor again they did colposcooy and found cervical erosion.. Tvs ultrasound results ovarian cyst..i took medicine like vicox 4 .. Biplox.. And many more and went through ecc of cervix.. Now it's almost 4 week of ecc but i get discharge from vagaina.. Bleeding.. Sometimes dirty water.. Sometimes no discharge.. Do i have any other STI.. What to do now...
