Can tretonin can be used with dermaroller coz I have heard it's derivative of vitamin a and Is effective in inducing collagen production and heals skin at faster rate if not wich cream i can use after posr dermatoller tretment thank you

Hi.Dermarollers are basically used for treatment of Acne scars.Post a derma roller session,application of Vitamin C Serum,moisturiser and a good sun block are a must.Tretinoin is usually indicated in Grade 1 Acne in case you have active acne,but I personally would not advise you to use it post a derma roller session.
