dry skin can look very dull and pigmented. also the dry skin tends to age first. Do use a mild Ph balanced body wash. Use a good creamy moisturiser at least three times a day. Do eat fruits and vegetables and plenty of almonds and fish to increase the omega fatty acids. This helps hydration of skin. If the skin does not improve do consider meeting a dermatologist
