I had a friend who is diagnosed with skin psoriasis.it is looking very odd.can u suggest me some cream to reduce it

Sorry, cream for psosriasis cannot be prescribed on this forum. Pls ask your friend to use liquid paraffin or moisturiser regularly. She should visit a qualified dermatologist to seek treatment. Warm regards, Dr Govind Suresh Mittal, Bengaluru.
