I have pimples marks on my hip,, i want cleare skin.. help me To clear all marks And keeps my hip clean

Pimples usually don't come on the hip. It must be a fungal infection. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. Another possibility is folliculitis which is hair root infection.
