Skin problem to my 3 and half years baby

My baby is 3 and half years. She got a slight pimples on her face. She use to use dermadue soap. Since 1month she used other soaps like santoor and medi mix. She got pimples on her face around her mouth and all and itching all over the body. Please suggest the solution for this problem.
