Recently I have noticed white spots like a dots on my son's forehead . Is this a reason for a worry. Please let me know the cause of this and treatment.

Childhood rashes are very common and are often nothing to worry about. Most rashes are harmless and go away on their own.
However, if your child has developed a rash and seems unwell, consult Pediatrician to find out the cause and for any necessary treatment.
