Psoriasis is a chronic skin condition which has remission and exacerbations. seasons such as winter and stress cause increase in the dryness and psoriasis. The skin condition can be controlled with the use of creams which can be prescribed by your dermatologist. Options such as phototherapy can be offered to help as well
