My skin used to be very ckean and clear and i have these acne since 1 year and they are never ending.how can i get perfect skin

Start your day with drinking atleast 1litre of water,this will help to keep your system clean. Use face wash saslic DS twice a day. Deriva cms cream twice a day. Tomato juice with fuller earth as a face pack use this DIY at least thrice a week. Keep your skin makeup free before sleeping. For further assistance

Skin is a very sensitive organ. It keeps changing as you age. Also acne is a hormonal problem. It will be present till the age of 40yrs. However in case of conditions like pcod there will hormonal imbalance and it can aggravate the condition. Hence consult a dermatologist. They will be to able to evaluate your and provide treatment according to severity of acne. Avoid using steroid creams given by pharmacists. They will worsen the acne
