Skin problem
I had used hair removal cream on pelvis area,,,then I used soap for cleaning, In precaution soap should not be used,,There was a burning smell after that,, Now lilttle area of skin where i used the cream is black, and Itching is much,,,,

Greetings!
Yes avoid using soap. Be careful while using hair removal creams and loitons - especially in private parts - there could have been an irritant reaction.
You must firstly - do some icing of the area for relief and can apply calamine if the area is not raw.
Also pls see a qualified deramtologist near you for further examination and evaluation - to check if - u need a mild steroid based cream for improvement of the lesion.
