I had some pain at tip of my pennis at the forehead after that I applied dettol liquid over there and after that now my pennis have small red pimples and some red rashes on my pennis not much paining and some red lines appeared 2 days back on my balls under my pennis but now they are gone but still rashes are still there what should I doctor plss reply me soon?

You could have developed some reaction. Stop self medications. Show a Dermatologist.
