Hi,
i m 22 year male with fair skin but my inner thigh is dark and my penis is darkest, i absolutely dont like my dark color of penis and inner thighs so i would love to have their color to be same as that of my rest of body color, also there is white spots in back of my penis ( but not on front side ) may be due to masterbation , plus my penis skin is sensitive i think specially the back of penis.
For better understanding of problem i have provided the pictures .. they clear show the difference in skin color of my hand, penis and thigh ..also the spots can be clearly seen in the pics.
Please provide me the required solution.

Greetings!
Firstly, The picture with the marks is not very clear - so please physically see a qualified dermatologist and discuss this with him - it could be due to folliculitis in the past/ or due to injury during masturbation/etc.
Secondly, our skin colour is regulated by several factors - most importantly and predminantly one's genes. The area of the genitals - has high number of certain receptors that cause it to become more pigmented than other areas. This just means that their receptors and hormones are functioning normally and they do not have any disorder related to pigmentation.
Even along the evolutionary process - most commonly - areas of sexual importance are more pigmented and differently pigmented in most animals and humans.
So dont be afraid or bothered. There are no medications to permanently change the colour of your genitalia.
IF THIS STILL BOTHERS YOU - PLEASE SEE A QUALIFIED DERMATOLOGIST NEAR YOU.
Warm regards.
