Hi am having small white dots on my hand since 3 years .Im not getting any pain or itching .I have already consulted a doctor .He suggested me an ointment which last with no result.

Hi  it might be due to vitiligo , albinism , pityriasis , parasitic infestation and metabolic disorders ..... kindly consult physician to rule out the cause and treat accordingly ...
