There are many types and grades of scars. Scars keep remodelling naturally by the body upto one year after they are formed. The tablets are dietary supplements or multivitamins. I do not prescribe multivitamins to my patients as I feel that a healthy diet provides all the essential requirements of the body. Unless you have signs or symptoms of a vitamin deficiency you don't need to take them. Aloevera is good for your skin and helps in remodelling scars to a small extent. I would recommend you undergo procedures like laser, microneedling or subscision by a dermatologist. Treatment of scars always takes several months and must be done in sessions. In case of laser each session is done at an interval of 6 to 8 weeks and microneedling once in 3 to 4 weeks. Each doctor will have some variation in the treatment of scars, depending on the machines they have, your affordability, type of scars, your skin type and various other factors. Warm regards.
