Hello there...I can understand your concern for your friends health. Firstly it is important to differentiate between post viral examthem and acne vulgaris. Treatment for both will vary completely. She will need detailed clinical examination. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation. So try to self medicate with any steroidal creams. It will aggrevate the condition.
