Sir mene apne face pr pendram plus cream use kra mera face clean and smooth ho gyata ta but fir us pr pimpals hone lge to mene kuch dino baad dermikem oc cream use kiya fir mera face clean and smooth ho gaya but aab us pr pimpals scar and khurduri skin ho gayi he please ye tik kese hogii yaha pr sahi doctor v na he or money v jada mangte he please ans me i am poor help me

Please stop using Panderm plus or dermikem oc cream as it contains strong steroids which can cause serious side effects in the long run. Steroid induced acne, photosensitivity, rosacea, atrophy, stretch marks, pigmentation, dryness etc to name a few side effects. Please don't use any such Steroid containing fairness creams. You will require treatment to slowly put you off this cream by using some substitute as the skin becomes addicted to the steroid. Hence you are facing such a problem.
