I have got pigmentation scar on my face, I have been taking medicines but it did not work. I also have wrinkles which appear when I smile. It has been a long time. Is there any treatment which can help remove these scars and premature ageing?

Kojic cream alone is safe but less effective. You can try using this for a month twice daily on the dark spot. More stronger effective teams cannot be prescribed without examination and assessment. For the wrinkles you can undergo botox session which should decrease the wrinkles. Otherwise you could also benefit from HIFU. But without proper examination I cannot comment with certainty.Please get the problem checked thoroughly by visiting a qualified dermatologist or you can send images online through private online consult for a better assessment of the problem.
