Skin Peeling when Rubbed
Hi I had a ligament tear around 2 months ago. So I stopped all physical activities, after some time around 3 the skin in the legs started Peeling after bath. or rubbing, lot of skin near heels were coming out. And after a long 2 more weeks if I rub the towel on my chest very little skin did come out. On rubbing after bath on my but also peels lot of skin. Is this normal, and because of no physical activity?

Hi! It could be dryness of skin due to some nutritional deficiency or due to some medicines taken. Use a mild soap for body. Don't rub the skin hard.
