Skin peeling off
My fingers sking is getting peeled off. When new skin comes thats also goes and it keep on continue .

You probably have irritant or allergic contact dermatitis. Moisturize frequently and avoid contact of skin with household chemicals. Consult a dermatologist who will prescribe steroid creams, anti histamines for allergy and moisturizer. It should improve. Later, patch testing for allergy may be done.
