I have had some white patches/marks on my upper back near the shoulder for quite some time. Although this has not bothered me I just needed to know what may have caused it. I have a fair skin, can this be a result of sun exposure?

hello der albinism vitiligo sun burns should be ruled out consult dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.
