Patch on lower part of leg .. l am not feel any itching problem on it ..took ring guard itch guard etc but did not find it any progress

It looks like you are suffering from eczema. Do you have similar rashes elsewhere on the body? Fungal infection does not present like this. This can be treated easily with creams and tablets. Please do not use soap over that area. Kindly contact me in private chat if you wish for prescription.
