You could try skin lightening creams under prescription. Kindly discuss with a qualified dermatologist - you could send photos to me on practo direct consult or by meeting a dermatologist face to face. If the marks are dark, cream could indeed help in lightening them. Texture of the skin can improve with Fractional laser treatment.
