Mx 5 is minoxidil solution whixh is US FDA apprived for hair loss. Its good medicine. It'll take sometime to show improvement. At the end of one year you'll have 10 to 20% improvement. Of you stop it again thw hair fall will stop. So use it until you want hair. Tablets you can use it contains biotin which strengthens hair root. White patch may be vitiligo, continue what she has given. Vitiligo is an autoimmune condition. To get back the color on white patch takes little longer time. There are various options for white patch. Like targeted phototherapy, peptides, pimecrolimus cream, stetoid cream and if the patch os not improving then we can do minor procedures like skin graft, minipunch graft,  suction blister graft. As of now contibue tafka. For craked lips use that motimesh sf cream for 15 days. Chaptex lip balm continuously use it. If you have dandruff use that shampo or else any normal shampoo can be used
Next Steps
Regularly follow up with your dermatologist for white patch as it takes long timw to pigment.
