Yes you are right and this seems some kind of immunological problem. As much i could make out that you are having URTICARIA and this is a very simple problem to deal with. Do you get this often or after some specific reason? Like food, soap, perfume etc? You can be allergic to anything which is for you to find out by paying attention the next time. Taking Avil is a good option but i would sugget take levocitrizine 1 tab once daily at night for 5 days and also when this happens continue for 5 days.
