Skin itching and swelling often
I'm facing skin itching and swelling at the same place on my hand. It happens the same part of my hand, near the ankles. I had consulted a couple of doctors. One of them suggested that it could be fungal disease. The ointment provided by them were effective. However, after 1 week it comes again.
