Skin irritation and skin peels like powd
My wife has severe skin itching in her both leg below the knee. When she scratches the skin peels sometime like powder. As she scratches sometime skin gets damages. Her skin is very dry. Last year when we consulted skin specialist she ruled out psoriasis. Now would like to know why this comes every year during this time?

It could be eczema which is very common on the legs. Please don't use soap over the legs. Oil your legs before bath. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
