Hii..my uncle had caused a wound at right middle toe of the feet from last 3 years.thre was still bleeding from tht wound and it was not cured well.he has a diabetes and cholesterol.but right now his skin is completely covered with red type of rashes.i want to confirm which is type of diaease it may be according to u?
