Sir Munna Lal is suffering from a serious skin disease inwhich his body has swelling and blisters. On diagnosis skin biopsy the bullous pemphigoid is confirm.

Bullous pemphigoid is common in elderly. According to the severity topical, oral steroids and some drugs like dapsone has to be started. This has to be continued for a long time. Itching has to be tackled with anti histamine tablets. Sometimes u may need admission also
