Hey ..its been week now and i suddnely saw a mark on my forehead..which was never before on my face ..its was lighter so i ignored it but now i feel its getting darker .. Is there any gel that i can use ...i saw youtube videos..they suggested adapalen gel ...is it safe to use

Adapalene is mostly used for acne, your mark could be something else, try using some anti oxidant like green tea, niacinamide or vitamin c. It would be better to have it evaluated properly as there are no images provided in your query, you can try a direct consultation as well.
