Hello Sir, I am 27 years old and have dark skin and some acne marks on the face. Could you please suggest me a good medicine or capsules to glow and fairness. And also please suggest a good cream to remove dark spots and skin fairness without any side effects. I have seen some people are facing redness on the face after using some cream. So request you to please suggest a good cream and capsules for skin glowing, fairness and remove dark spots. Thank you

There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause.
