Skin fungal infection
Suffering fungal infection at upper inner thigh and triednlots of medicine like itaspore,ketocip ,gresovin,ikaza etc but still problem is there...lot of itching and irritation.
pls suggest what should I do?

It is must to keep the part dry always. Don't wear wet clothes, if the inner clothes get wet change atleast twice daily.
Apply Candid cream twice daily. Take tablet Flucanazole 150 mg weekly once for 3 weeks. Once the area becomes dry, spray candid powder twice daily over the area.
