Hello
Whenever I go out in heat,itching start in by both hands.even sunscreen don't help.initially it was limited to perteculer part of hand but its expanding all over hand.
Facing this problem from 3_4 years

Hi! You could be having allergic reaction. Avoid going out in sun if possible or wear full sleeves clothes when in sun. Show a Dermatologist and start proper treatment. Hope this helps.
