Skin Disorder
My face and neck has became much more darker than my body. Any skin lightning facial or any cosmetic , even sunscreen worsens the condition and my skin becomes even more darker. My skin type is dry. I am having proper amount of water everyday. I even tried home remedies like turmeric face pack, but it also has the same effect.

This description sounds like acanthosis nigricans. This is a condition where your skin folds like underarms, neck and face becomes dark. It is either genetic or due to sedantry lifestyle and overweight. This can be treated.
