Hi doc.My nose has brown patches. I m taking tacrovera cream 0.03 nd isotretinoin capsules USP 10mg. Doc.said my skin is thin bt now brown patches spread my nose nd i feel burn to my nose plz tell me can i continue this med.Is it remove brown nd black skin. what i do for normally skin plz sir help me ...

Pictures are not clear. But it may be looks like melasma. U can try Oint megnalyte plus by anhox pharma for ext app at night 20 minutes before sleep for 1 month. Also apply Dermafeel cream at morning. And if possible then send some clear images.
