Hello! Please do not ignore the skin problem. Show a Dermatologist and promptly start treatment. Mycosis fungoides is cutaneous T cell lymphoma. It is not psoriasis. You will require further blood tests and USG for liver status. Usually treatment line includes UVA Rx and other immunosuppressants. Steroids can be life savers in some patients. Hope this helps.
