In my left hand on upper side of my palm, it has become blisters with water, and it is very itchy. It's like the ringworm. Please suggest some medication for this. It is there may be since sept or oct 2016.

The treatment for fungal infection is simple. You have to take anti fungal tablets and creams for few weeks following which it resolves. Do not apply soap on that area and do not self treat with over the counter steroid creams.
