  4. Skin depigmentation. When will they go?

I am having a little white spot of around 2mm on my beard on right side of my face..and on left side there is also a patch of size of a coin from where my skin has depigmented..kindly guide me whats this and also what prevetive steps should i take.kindly tell me what to eat and what not.and when will they go??

It might be a reaction to sunlight .Wear sunscreens during daytime every 3 hrs.  Gentle cleansers are better. If it persists you may have to visit dermatologist nearby for proper management.
