I have tiny white spot on my upper lip.normally this spot does not spread but whenever i eat egg chicken fish then this spot spread little bit .i got this tiny white spot when my first period came during my puberty time .iam very worried .please tell me what it is..when i will get rid of this

A white spot on the skin can be either tinea versicolor, vitiligo or allergic reaction to the foods you have mentioned. A dermatologist would be likely to help you.
