Skin Cellulistis
Hi,
I have skin cellulitis around my ankle area on right leg from last one week. The swelling and reddishness is not getting reduced even after one week of antibiotics. I suffered from skin cellulitis while playing cricket where I suffered bruises on my leg near ankle area. Please advise me with the treatment and also should I keep the bruise open or do the dressing.

Pl.keep the foot upwards,w arm anti septic water comression,anti septic powder sprinkling,vit.c 500 mg.tab.daily,appropriate antibiotic dose and anti eosinophilia tab.,may try.
