I was having skin allergy since last 3 days with hives rashes and itching.Yesterday i lifted heavy weight while shifting process. After few minutes I felt dizzy and had tunnel vision and could not stand up.I had also not eaten for 6 hours .I had lifted heavy weight also.
Was the tunnel vision due to allergic reaction or fasting
Pls suggest as I am not able to pay and concern as I am not financially well off

Visit ophthalmologist for evaluation of Tunnel Vision. It can be a sign of autoimmune/ allergic damage to the Retina which can lead to permanent visual loss. And btw you don't have allergy you have Polycythemia Vera (increased RBC mass/ Hb concentration) which is manifesting as itching.
