For allergy you can take tab monteleukast 10mg one daily,  cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 5 days, tab omnacortil 20mg one daily for 5 days. Apply zinc calamine lotion over itchy parts. Dizziness could be due to low blood sugar or b.p or both. Get them checked and share results. Avoid standing for long or lifting heavy weights. Take timely meals, which should be healthy and drink adequate amount of water. For tunnel vision, consult ophthalmologist physically urgently.

Cbc Hb very  good,  wbc count raised Infection.  All history  may give  u such symptoms. Allery is not at all related to  your issue. Hunger, heavy  weight,  _ dehydration  are probabl cause. Tan montek lc one at night for five days.  Locally apply betnovate c after proper cleaning.  2to 3 times. Use plenty of water n liquid lemonade electoral powder buttermilk.

Visit ophthalmologist for evaluation of Tunnel Vision. It can be a sign of autoimmune/ allergic damage to the Retina which can lead to permanent visual loss. And btw you don't have allergy you have Polycythemia Vera (increased RBC mass/ Hb concentration) which is manifesting as itching.
