Skin allergy
Having itching on hands legs and neck area. Taken Allegra and Avil but it's not showing any response the itching is still there with redness.

Can be eczema or urticaria. Unless I see, I cannot diagnose. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. Don't use soap over affected areas.
