Asked for Female, 33 Years

Allergy from past 6 days. Subsides by taking medicine, but again reappears. Took IM Promethazine. And Advised to take 10mg citrizine daily for 10 days, but no result. Still having hives and itching.

Take inj dexona 1cc I. M start dose and continue cetrizine 10mg od for one month. Add omnacortil 10mg od for 10days. After that take omnacortil 10mg on alternate day for another 10days. Do take any antacid daily along with omnacortil tab. Also take Bandy plus tab single dose.
