Psoriasis presents with patches of dry scaly skin with whitish powdery flakes. The patches are present commonly on elbows, knees, back, scalp, palms and soles. It can also occur on other areas. Some people have nail changes like pits or thickening of nails. Some patients can also have psoriatic arthritis. I cannot suggest medicines on this platform. Please consult with a dermatologist near you or with me as we need to make a diagnosis of our own before prescbing you medicines. Warm regards. Dr. Rajdeep Mysore. Chirag Hospital Bangalore
